To add on to MarilynRoxie's attempt to revive this community I thought it's high time we had a 'post-your-favourite-nickyquote' entry on here. After all, Nicky just isn't Nicky without the insightful, occasionally ill thought out, and always hilarious comments he is so well known for.

At the moment my favourite quotes are the following from this one fabulous NME interview that's filled to the brim with lolarity.

“The nme has driven me to this. Desert chilled red wine”
“I’ve reached the apex of slagging so many people off that I’m scared”
“I’ve tried to be a really nice person this year and it’s just turned to shit again”

My god, a Nicky picspam hasn't been done here since 2008?! Seems there's a fair amount of active LJ-ers watching this community, so hopefully my efforts will be appreciated here - if not (as if!), I'll just use this post as a handy reference when looking for some of my favorite Nicky-pics. Most of these are from posts at the Nicky Wire Tumblr I run - I'll do a part two if anyone happens to be looking. :P

This is a bit of an odd request, but I'm looking for a specific picture - it's of Nicky holding up what I assume is a fan-made t-shirt, it's in black and white... and there is a woman in the background with curly hair, and back in the day it was claimed that this woman was Nicky's wife.

I don't know if this is true, I was just gullible enough to accept it at the time (being about 14!) If you know what the hell I'm on about, let me know! Or if you just have a picture similar to the described but have never heard the wife rumour, also let me know!
